    The young lady who took us in the tour was professional and very very kind. The Gonola ride was so much fun. It was relaxing and beautiful and the breeze was magnificent!

    Advertised as private 50 minute gondola ride. I paid $148 US ($138Euro) for2 adults. When tickets arrive it was only a 30 minute ride with a 20 minute guided walking tour. I contacted Dayana to advise it was not as advertised. She would not amend. I met the gondola driver and the ride lasted 27 minutes. When my wife wanted to take a photograph of us in the gondola at the end of the ride the driver protested “madam , no time !” There was no walking tour of 20 minutes. I could have taken a local gondola ride for $80 Euro for 30 minutes.Be careful do not believe what is advertised . It is a scam and Viator who are associated with Hellotickets should refund part of my money. If I could rate this activity as a minus score I would.
