The boat trip itself was peaceful and they left us super close to the hotel, but there was no adequate information on where to find the boat, neither in the email nor at the airport. The desk number 71 did not exist and we lost 30 minutes trying to figure out where it was.

Details on how and where to go when you arrive are very scarce. You have to go left as you enter the arrivals hall and go to ticket office no. 71. They then tell you where to sit and wait. We didn’t know this till we had wandered around the airport trying to work it out. They then left without telling us so we had to walk 20 mins to the docks and wait for the next boat. Poor organisation but the boat ride itself was very impressive and we would do it again knowing now how to redeem the booking voucher.
