Belle expérience, bus avec visite , parfait. Bateau pour maison de star sympa . Everglades,,ont a eu la chance de voir des crocodiles. Iguane . Le seul bémol . Pas en français. Pauvre de nous de faire avec . Mais je pense que cela serait plus agréable et plus sympa pour les touristes français .

Experience catastrophique. Le tour en bus est très peu accompagné de commentaires sur la ville. J'en sais plus avec un simple livre. Guide dont le rôle consiste à consacrer l'essentiel de la visite aux magasins attrape-touriste mais ne manque pas d'insister lourdement pour son tip. Après le repas dans le restaurant recommandé par lui-même, plus aucune nouvelles, disparition totale sans même dire au revoir. Aucune organisation pour la sortie en bateau (manifestement changement de prestataire), hallucinant car des employés de la compagnie de bateau nous cherchent dans le restaurant pour nous remettre les tickets (et si on déjeune pas dans ce restaurant, comment avoir son ticket?), mais avec de mauvais horaires....nous sommes donc rentrés trop tard de la sortie en bateau et avons donc loupé la sortie Everglades (que nos enfants attendaient impatiemment); en effet le bus est parti sans nous... je précise que nous étions plusieurs vacanciers abandonnés.Absolument aucun suivi ou encadrement des clients laissés à leur triste sort avec au moins 3 prestataires differents, ce qui ne nous a jamais été annoncé.Malgré notre réclamation immédiate pour pouvoir faire la sortie Everglades dans les 2 jours qui suivent, pas de propositions ou compensations en dehors des messages d'attente. Je n'avais encore jamais vu une attitude pareille et un contrôle inexistant de l'organisme pour s'assurer que les touristes soient bien dirigés et encadrés. Je fuirai à l'avenir.
