    It was a great experience! The guide was very helpful and took us right up to the front row (where the pope mobile drives pass) and we got to see His Holiness pass by real close!. Only thing to note is we did not get the audios + bottle water as mentioned in the Ad. Not that we mind as the general audience was conducted in several languages but these items should be taken down from the page.

    Easy to find guide, he kept us fairly close until we got through security and he disappeared. We found him way off in the square and had to run to get to him. Good seats, excellent view. Amazing experience. Well worth booking a guide took the stress out of getting in and getting excellent seats.
